The FED lowered rates this week as you know, but this did not help our mortgage rates. Rates are up a touch this week as the markets did not feel the cut was deep enough and many analysts are calling for Chairman Bernake to lower the discount rate to a .5%.

 

Rate are still looking fantastic on the 5/1 ARM jumbo. Please note that we still have stated income loans for borrowers with good credit so contrary to the negative media, home loans are business as usual.
